About Us
We were founded in 2017 by husband and wife team Dr Sarah Beynon (ecologist and entomologist) and Andy Holcroft (award-winning chef). We’ve developed a new generation of insect-based foods to help tackle issues of sustainability in the food chain. From our base in wild West Wales, our aim is to bring you sustainable and delicious food products.
The development of our Cricket Cookies was followed by BBC for ‘The Bug Grub Couple’. Our products sit within the luxury gifting sector and are a great way to try insect-based food for the first time – they make a fabulously unique present.
